'Prins' is fitted for a dressage saddle.

This is 'Prins'.

This is Prins og Thea at the Sadelmager.

The Sadelmager measures Prins for a new saddle using a bendy ruler.

The bendy ruler is used to draw an outline of Prins' back on a piece of paper.

Some callipers are then used to take measurements.

Treats for Prins; this being an unusual experience we don't want Prins to get upset.

A saddle that is close to the correct size is chosen to see if Thea likes it.

This saddle is not quite the right size for Prins so a bit of packing goes in the front for now.

Five legged horses and one legged riders...

The rider now tries the test saddle in a dressage ring.

After this we wait 8 weeks whilst the made to measure saddle is constructed.
